Brown Bag Lunches are brief, semi-structured trainings on topics that are critical to enhancing job performance and building relationships among staff at different agencies. They are forums to receive targeted information, build essential skills and network with colleagues from other agencies. The Brown Bag Lunches are one of the core components of First 5 Santa Cruz County’s ongoing efforts to promote service integration among agencies that serve children and families. Understand the County’s key strategies for increasing mental health prevention and early intervention services for children and youth.

Discuss ways you and your organization can support families whose children may benefit from mental health prevention & early intervention services.

Managers and supervisors interested in learning how to support their staff in working with families who need mental health prevention and early intervention services for their children or youth.
