Raising Resilient Children offers strategies to teach children healthy ways to deal with their emotions.  Seminar participants will learn ways to help children:

1. Recognize, understand and accept feelings
2. Express feelings appropriately
3. Build a positive outlook
4. Develop effective ways of coping
5. Deal with negative feelings and unpleasant situations
6. Manage stressful life events
